Refund Policy

At MOTUS Design, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to request a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, simply contact us at motusdesign2@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please note that certain items are exempt from our return policy, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any questions about the eligibility of your item, feel free to reach out to us.

Shipping Policy

At MOTUS Design, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. Most orders are processed and shipped within 14 business days.
